Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within this timeframe will allow the deposit to be applied to a future appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations less than 48 hours will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be required to pay a no-show fee of 100% of the service. After two (2) no-show appointments, prepayment of the full service fee will be required to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will be charged a late fee (amount determined by stylist)
